About me
A life spent with people
I came to the UK in 1988 and began a long career in nursing. Caring for people at their most vulnerable taught me more than any textbook: that steadiness is learned, that kindness is practical, and that most people need a clear model more than a lecture.
Over the years I qualified as a social worker, a teacher and a lecturer, and trained as a life coach and counsellor. I began teaching in 2002 and lecturing in 2003, and I have mentored and assessed students ever since.
Today I write, coach and teach. Every model on this site is my own, built from real situations with real people. They are free to read and share with credit.
